  • There are 31 days of freeze dried meals contained in the package. Each day has 3 meals accounted for, this includes 31 breakfasts, and 62 main dishes. We are also including 10 dessert items in various forms for morale purposes.

  • 12 options for Main Courses

  • 5 Breakfast options



We take care of everything for you! 30 Day Supply includes a balanced collection of our most popular clean freeze-dried meals, thoughtfully curated to provide variety and nutrient density. You’ll receive a mix of breakfast, lunch, dinner and even a few dessert options. We didn’t forget about the drinks, we are including 60 instant coffee packets for your morning boost and 30 freeze-dried bone broth packets for added nutrition. The number of each meal option will be just about equally divided, you won’t get 36 of one and 5 of another.
